Our team was formed in 2020 and officially registered as OTY Contract Services in May, 2022. Our management and technical teams are qualified professionals and bring bring over 15 years of relevant skills/experience from world-class construction firms in Nigeria.
All our key players are professionally qualified and licensed by appropriate professional bodies in Nigeria. We equally have insurance policies covering our projects, staff, materials, plant, equipments and third-parties.
Yes. we've completed projects for clients including GMH Luxury, Veritasi Homes and Properties Plc, and the Lagos State Government, and can share relevant references on request.
Yes. our Design & Build service covers everything from initial concept and design proposal through to construction and handover, managed by one team.

How Project Process Works
From your first consultation to the final handover, here’s what to expect when you work with OTY Contract Services on your next project.
Timelines vary depending on the size and scope of the project. We'll provide a project-specific schedule once we understand your requirements during consultation.
Minor changes can often be accommodated. Significant changes may affect cost and timeline, and we'll discuss any implications with you before proceeding.
We carefully plan our operations and work strictly with program of work to ensure projects stay on track. In case of any delay, we do overtime and sometimes increase our workforce to recover loss time.
We start by listening to your brief, your goals, budget, and site details and provide a design and project proposal tailored to your needs before construction begins.
Our project managers and site supervisors provide regular progress updates throughout construction, keeping you informed at each milestone
Our supervisors and project managers monitor work daily, so issues are identified early and resolved with clear communication throughout.

Quality and safety are at the core of everything we build. Here are answers to common questions about our technical standards, certifications, and on-site safety practices.
We maintain a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programme, covering hazard identification, staff training, first aid provisions, and compliance with Federal, State and Local safety regulations.
A dedicated QA/QC team inspects work at every stage to ensure it meets design specifications and industry standards.
Our team includes certified professionals registered with regulatory bodies such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON and CORBON alongside trained supervisors and skilled artisans.
We design and build in line with relevant Federal, State and Local building codes and regulations to ensure every project meets required legal and safety standards.
